Objectives - To develop
educational and other programs to meet the needs of the Council members.
- To represent the interests of the structural
building component industry in the Florida public policy arena.
- To research and develop reports, studies, etc., as
they relate to the structural building component industry within the state of Florida.
- To analyze and recommend solutions
to statewide problems that could have an effect on the structural building component industry.
- To provide written
communication to Council Members to keep them informed on statewide issues that affect the structural building component industry.
- To
collaborate and work cooperatively with the Structural Building Component Association.

Membership There
are two types of membership: - Structural Building
Component Member (SBCM) is a firm or company tht faricates structural building components
- Associate Member (AM) is
a firm or company that supplies materials to Structural Building Component members
For
FBMA Members, there are no additional dues required to belong to the FSBCC.
