Objectives

 

  1. To develop educational and other programs to meet the needs of the Council members.
  2. To represent the interests of the structural building component industry in the Florida public policy arena.
  3. To research and develop reports, studies, etc., as they relate to the structural building component industry within the state of Florida.
  4. To analyze and recommend solutions to statewide problems that could have an effect on the structural building component industry.
  5. To provide written communication to Council Members to keep them informed on statewide issues that affect the structural building component industry.
  6. To collaborate and work cooperatively with the Structural Building Component Association.

Our Mission:
 
The mission of the Florida Structural Building Component Council is to provide leadership, information and resources to help companies in the structural building component industry to prosper.

Membership
 
There are two types of membership:
 
  1. Structural Building Component Member (SBCM) is a firm or company tht faricates structural building components
  2. Associate Member (AM) is a firm or company that supplies materials to Structural Building Component members
 For FBMA Members, there are no additional dues required to belong to the FSBCC.
