Are Credit Cards an Issue for You? Customers' Slow Payments? Then Take ProSales' New Survey

We're increasingly hearing from dealers who are concerned about customers' use of credit cards to pay their accounts. The same holds true for pros who are slow to pay, dispute bills, or won't respond to incentives. What's going on? Who has answers? To answer both those questions, we've created a survey on what's happening with credit cards and accounts receivables at dealers today.

You can find this 10-minute online poll at Only aggregate results will be reported; all individual information will be kept confidential. Responses will be limited only to those people who are responsible for credit, collections, and money management issues.

You can take part in the survey until midnight Monday, June 20, and then we'll report the results. People who actually fill out the report will get a copy plus all the written comments, which often are at least as valuable as the numbers.
