​Vendor Floor Pass Process

All vendor booth staff must be registered in advance to receive official Expo floor passes. These passes provide access to the trade show floor and all scheduled vendor activities.

To request passes for your team, please complete the Vendor Participation Form by providing the following:

• Company Name & Booth Number
• Full name, email address, and phone number for each booth staff member
• Details about your featured product(s), promotional materials, or booth raffles
• Student and Career Center engagement preferences

Passes will be issued based on the names submitted through this form. All staff must check in at the vendor registration desk upon arrival to pick up their passes and event materials.
